Working from modern offices in Gosforth, you will be part of a team delivering pro-active customer support services to a growing number of clients. We are a small but growing team and as such you’ll have the chance to make a noticeable contribution to our performance and development.

You will have the opportunity to not just support clients with day-to-day issues, but also to join in with delivering IT projects too. From server upgrades to Microsoft 365 migrations to Cyber security, this really is a fantastic chance to complement your telephone and remote service abilities with customer facing implementation and consultancy skills too. It’s fast paced at times, and you’ll be switching to support clients with different technologies from one call to the next, but this all means no two days are the same and you’ll be kept up to date with all the latest technologies.
